    Joe: I 100% agree with you, I should not have used the Ouija board. It was a bad idea and I shouldn't have done it. I'll get rid of it right away. I'm looking forward to the meditation information.
    AllOne: You're right. I shouldn't have said that. Sometimes after being laughed at and being not believed and being belittled because of my "gift" I feel like I'm not worth the help. That's another thing I'd like to address. Gift to me pertains to something good. So far it's turned out to be quite the contrary. I'd love to change that. If something positive could come out of this it would be wonderful. If I could get someone to take my hand and teach me how to refine this gift I think some good could come out of this. As of right now I just don't know enough about what's happening to me. I also feel a little stupid asking someone a question that isn't suppose to really be there. But I know they are there because I feel what they feel. A little confusion there. Can I really tell them to leave me alone and they'll just go away?

    I really want to guide you and help you try different ways of hopefully controlling this or getting rid of it.

    Honestly What do you have to lose? Why not try to tell them to leave you alone. Go through the steps that Allone is suggesting.

    I knew the Ouija was not a good idea I am glad you agree that it is not something to mess around with.

    Really am sorry I have not got everything together for you to try but am working on it. Will send it to you within a day. Hope that is okay.

    Take care of yourself in the meantime.

    Kolson, next time you have an experience and you tell it to leave you alone... please let us know how it goes. Keep us posted on the activity you are experiencing both before and after you "stand up to it". Be safe.

    I'm sorry to hear that... and if you listened to Allone's advice, I'm not surprised about it either. Can you go into detail as to what has happene lately?
