I definitely learned a lot over the last month, even though I found out 5 days ago about the new guy, but in a weird way I know that its not a break anymore its truly over and it has been a relief knowing, even though it was a painful thing. Now I don't have to worry about getting her back and making efforts to win her back. I guess for me it was more painful to not know anything and sit around and worry about what I can do and how to get her back, than to just find out the truth, now I will not make any efforts and let it be, also I'm unsure if I am ready to date again, I would like to and I think I am ready to but I want to be fair to women and not start to soon

I can remember feeling as you do, when you miss the personal one on one with a nice female. Don't date.

Have a good time with friends of mixed company. That helped me a lot to have fun, socialize, and not compare females.

Enjoying yourself, and what your doing, is the greatest healing there is.

Not at the bar, but DOING things.
