    Reverse Osmosis / Replacement Cartridges...
My Quandary is finding Replacement Filter Cartridges for our Reverse Osmosis system.. The system has a total of 7 filters, the 3 large main filters should be changed out so I'm told each year.. The product name is Simply Soft H2O , can't find a manufacturers name.. It costs a small fortune to continue purchasing through the agent.. What I'm looking for is replacement filters and the special tool to loosen and remove the 3 large main filters.. Suggestions & Help appreciated.. Thanks Cheers..

There should be a manufacturer's sticker or stamp somewhere on the unit. I have never seen a unit without a manufacturer's name. Take a flash light and give it a thorough inspection. As far as purchasing filters go: Look at the cartridge, copy the model number and look it up on Amazon or eBay. The removal tool ( wrench ) is a common, standard size tool. You should be able to get it from the place that sells filters or even in Home Depot. I am sure the agent is not the only one in town who knows where to purchase the cartridges.

    Good luck

Was able to copy Stage & Part Number as well as Individual Function...
Unfortunately We didn't do enough Research into the Manufacturer/Agent/Supplier.. We were having issues and a quick resolve at the moment won out.. The RO Unit we have works fine, the 3 main filters are about due if you follow the recommended
Yearly replacement routine.. Cost is an issue now and we are discovering our 7 Stage Unit is not Popular, plenty of 5 Stage Units that work just as fine... What we are up against is a Unit that appears to come with it's own Inhouse Replacement Filters... Unable to Cross Reference or Find possible Compatible Replacements..

2nd Query is Wondering if We could ignore the last 2 stages of our present system as it sits now.. Or would we have to remove filters altogether and modify the plumbing at the same time? Advice Appreciated Cheers. Thanks
