    Emergency Pill
    We had sex on the 24th of September... her last period was on the 8th of September... and we used I-pill the next day of having the sex.. she hasn't had her period yet... is there anything to worry about?

    ANY time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. You can reduce the risk, but not eliminate it. A missed period is the first sign of pregnancy. However, woman have been known to have their period interrupted by the I-pill.

    So yes there is something to worry about. If her getting pregnant worries you then maybe you shouldn't be taking the risk by engaging in intercourse.

    At this point you just have to wait to see if her period comes. If it doesn't come she can start testing when she's about 2 weeks late.

    Hi, there is nothing to worry about. I-pill sometimes may make chances in period cycle. If you experience a delay of about a week it should be normal. However if it does not come for over 10 days then check for pregnancy. Till then, relax. Remember to use contraception from next time.

    Your response is contradictory. You admit there is a possibility of pregnancy. So the worry is there. The OP cannot know if the I-pill worked or not until the period arrives or a doctor confirms there is no pregnancy. This is the second time you have been warned about giving inaccurate advice about this.

    Yes there is reason to worry, pregnancy is a possibility. The I pill is not 100 percent effective, so pregnancy is still possible. But the pill has many side effects, one is alter of the montly cycle. This months cycle may even be missed.
