Yesterday had mid belly pain off and on. Last night moved to right side. Hurts when moved or touched. Feel bloated but not able to pass much gas and no stool yesterday or today. No fever. Nauseuos but no vomitting. Do I need to go to ER? Or should I just wait for a dr appt.

So hard to judge on the internet; we can't diagnose on the internet. This could be impactation. When was the last time you had a bowel movement and are you regular with bowel movements? How old are you, male or female? Have you tried any stimulators?

Impossible to say what this is; perhaps you should check into the ER it could be anything or just constipation.

Can't be a blockage or constipation then. I would have to say get it checked out by a doctor. Not knowing your long term medical history makes it impossible to diagnose on the net.
