    Panic attacks and Fits?
Yesterday I had a panic attack and completely just freaked out. My mum acts like I'm a drama queen so I'm not telling her.
Today I had a sort of fit. Well, the medical name probably wasn't that.
Basically, somebody sat on me with all their weight, (and they're heavy) and it hurt then I kind of freaked out and screamed for a full 5 minutes uncontrollably. Afterwards I felt faint and sick and I just didn't want to talk at all, I just yhad no energy and felt ill.
After 40 minutes I felt slightly better, although not totally.
Does anyone have a clue what could be going on? I think it's a bit strange that I had this 'fit' a day after I had a panic attack :(
    Thanks xx
    By the way I'm 12

Attacks of screaming when people have to sit on you to keep you from hurting yourself and/or others?

You need to see a Physician. Hasn't anyone in your school addressed this behavior?

Your family is aware of your issues (https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/death-...ml#post3446086) I don't understand why your family isn't doing anything.

No, I wasn't being restrained, she sat on me heavily by accident.

"Fit" is a slang, insulting word for a seizure.

So someone, for no reason, sat on you, and you had a screaming attack of some sort for over 5 minutes?

And I'll again ask the same questions - you have other issues. Where are the people who witness this behavior (the seizures or whatever you are having, the panic attacks)?
