    Hello again, s:

I appreciate you hanging in with me... What they told STILL makes no sense.. Once a judge has sentenced you, the authority for your supervision switches to the U.S. Probation Department.. They can move you anywhere they want ON THEIR OWN. A federal judge has NOTHING to do with WHO serves probation in his jurisdiction. So, I think they're STILL lying to you.

This is what they gave me along with a travel permit. Please find attached a copy of a travel permit to the ND/GA. Pay close attention to the special instruction section.
You must report in person on Tuesday March 26, 2013, at 10:00 AM, to the Atlanta office located at 75 Spring Street, S.W. Room 900, Atlanta, GA 30303 and ask for Assistant deputy Chief Kay.

You will be required to attend a court hearing on May 14, 2013, at 11:00 AM where the court will determine if your transfer plan will be accepted or not. Your failure to comply with these instructions or any other conditions of your supervision may result in the ND/Georgia denying your transfer request.

In a previous email to me you indicated you had a job waiting for you in Georgia, please be able to provide this information to the Georgia probation office when you report on Tuesday March 26, 2013, at 10:00 AM.
