What to do when a judge ordered a transfer of probation and the probation officer didn't do it
File a motion in court to order the probation department to do the transfer,
Assuming the state you are going to will allow it,
This is the issue, the state you are going from has to release, the other state has to accept
The judge already granted the emergency motion and its federal
The probation officers are messing around from November 20th
Hello S:
Write the judge a letter and tell him.. Send it certified with copies to the offending PO or PO's. Federal judges don't like it when bureaucrats disobey their orders.

I was told that since it's Federal they state of Georgia can't deny me cause the judge signed the order.
You are not being clear here.
You you were convicted by what court? Federal or state, and is this all in Georgia?
Then the Federal district court judge ordered probation changed? To where?
Hello again, s:
The Padre said that before he knew it was federal.. It has NOTHING to do with states. Write the letter.

I was convicted in Florida and the judge signed a emergency motion for transfer to Georgia. This is all federal
So take the probation department back to fed court for not following the court order.
You will need to get your attorney involved in this.
I would say for Federal Probation officers not to be doing this, my guess there is a lot more to this story. Normally they just rubber stamp a court order.
Have you complied with all requirements of written application for transfer, supplying them address, job and other details as needed?
Hello again, s:
The judge ORDERS it, and the probation department CARRIES OUT his orders - or NOT, as the case may be. Did you write the letter yet? If you don't, the judge will NEVER know his orders are being ignored.
I LOVE the Padre, but you don't need to do go to court.. If you win, all you'll get is a court ORDER, and you already HAVE one.
WRITE the letter!

Just spoke to Georgia probation and they said my case was with the chief judge. I call the courts there's nothing there filed on my behalf. This is federal mind u.
Hello again, s:
If you ALREADY have a court order, there's NOTHING for the courts to do. Somebody is LYING to you... Did you send the letter? Call the chief probation officer.
