    Hot water tank leaks after a shower even though I've replaced the PRV? This only happ
    I've replaced my PRV valve but the tank still leaks after a shower... only when I shower in the newly remodelled shower. Suggestions?

    What is your water pressure?

    Do you mean T&P?

    Do you have a PRV?

    Don't know about the waterpressure. I have a new PRV valve installed

    Static pressure at the HW heater would be helpful. Where is the" tank" leaking? Are you sure you are not meaning T&P valve?

    Brian and I are both guessing that you have your terms mixed up.

    PRV is a pressure reducing valve, installed on your main water line coming into the house to regulate the water pressure.

    T&P is a temperature and pressure relieve valve, installed on your water heater to release water and relieve pressure should your water heater get to hot or the pressure gets to high. Prevents water heater blow ups.
