Is low iron associated during early pregnancy
I am experiencing low iron and I have been taking multivitamins and iron pills every day. I been experiencing extreme fatique , nausea all the time, sore breasts, and frquent urination during the past week now. I was suppose to expect my period today, but missed, and been having some lower back pain, but no cramping. Am I Pregnant?

No way to even guess, one day late is not even late, since periods don't come exact ever.

Low iron can be a 100 reasons and normally if you are only a few weeks pregnant, low iron would not be a issue. So no I doubt it is due to pregnancy.

That does not mean you are not pregnant, just means the low
Iron has nothing to do with pregnancy

If you do not get the period in 2 weeks, do a pregnancy test with first urine of the morning

Most likely it would be too early. Your period is due today. You aren't even late yet.
