There are so many valves but I can see which pipes go to and back from the upstairs zone how do I bleed all the air out of the system for the upstairs zone there is no hot water going up the downstairs is good

Go to every bleeder valve on the top floor and bleed the air. If you have problems with that, let me know.

Make sure there is at least 12-15# of pressure on the boiler.
Is this all one zone or do you have 2 or more thermostats?
If more than one, does the boiler have a separate circulator (pump) for each zone?
Pictures of the boiler & nearby piping would be helpful.

Please answer Grady's questions. Very important info we need, okay. And pics would certainly help. Lots of options here that could be causing your problem. Low pressure, and the system won't circulate correctly. Could be a bad stat or zone valve or pump, etc, etc. Come on back with more info and we may be able to get this worked out for you. There can be much more to a boiler heating system than meets the eye, so if you don't feel comfortable trouble shooting this all by yourself, either we can try to help you over the internet, or you could simply call in a tech to get things up and running in no time (or a lot of time depending on what the problem is and the skill set of the tech, lol).
