    Are you asking if you are protected from this debt for a hospital bill? The hospital would have to sue you and get a judgment first. Then, if it tries to collect, Georgia exemptions law provides that they would not be entitled to go after your pension "to the extent [the pension is] reasonably necessary for the support of the debtor and any dependent of the debtor".
