Adoption or legal guardianship of person only
I have person-only guardianship of an adult who has severe disabilities for the purposes of becoming a paid provider under the Medicaid Family Care status of the Individual Options Waiver do I need to adopt this person or will guardianship be defined as being a relative of the person?
