You are blaming the life insurance company for your cancer and you want to sue them?? No, I don't think so, if I am reading you correctly, they didn't cause your cancer.

I'm curious, what possible reason can you think you have for suing your Life insurance for causing your cancer?
I can see possibly suing your health insurance IF they denied you treatment that might have helped you beat the cancer. But that's a long shot.

Ok, let me rephrase my question.
I had a cancer on 2008 that was treated and my insurance covered the expenses.
I have some side effects because of this illness that I will have to live with, (such as IVF as only way to get pregnant, treatments that are not been covered by insurance, and some more).
I wanted to know if this type of condition provides me with some benefits dealing with insurance or other authorities

First this is not LIFE insurance it is health insurance, Life insurance pays someone when you are dead. I will assume you are not dead, we don't get many dead people posting.
( joke)
Next your policy will only cover specific things, and no having one illness does not give you additional coverage other do not have. If they do not cover IVF and most do not, having cancer will not make them cover it.
You have or should have a written policy, you have only those benfiits included in that policy not any others.

Unfortunately I still don't know what you are asking - I don't know what "benefits dealing with insurance or other authorities" means. Very, very few HEALTH insurance policies cover IVF. I am guessing cancer has nothing to do with your insurance company denying coverage.
What other benefits are you trying to get? What other authorities are involved?
Did you have experimental treatments that were not covered?

I would like to hopefully put a ray of sunshine back in your life.
I too had cancer 16 years ago with chemotherapy. I was told I would never get pregnant without intervention such as IVF. Voilą! I have a 10 year old son. It took me 6 years to get pregnant, but I did it the old fashioned way.
