    If you where charge with fraud under $5000
    Charge with fraud under $5000 in 1988 and you were given 2 yrs probation and restitution of $2000 . All in front of judge no jury. Your lawyer broker the deal. Would this be a summary conviction .

    I believe a summary conviction is a conviction which doesn't require an indictment or trial.

    Yes, it appears it was a summary conviction.
