    Fraud over 5000
    I have been charged with fraud over 5000 as a first offence is there anyway matters like this can be solved outside of a courtroom?

    Your attorney can agree to a plea bargain, perhaps you only serve a year or two in jail instead of 10.

    Maybe. Pay the money back W/interest, and ask them not to testify. However, the cops probably will make them testify anyway.
