    Possible Poltergeist?
Me and my boyfriend have lived in this apartment for about two months. About a month ago, we had left the bedroom closet door closed when we went into the living room and when we returned to the room it was open. The closet door has to be forced open with a strong arm, it doesn't ever just open from wind or something of that sort. Then the last few weeks the bedroom door will open on its own about 5 inches then slam shut, wait a while and then repeat many many times a night. We also hear noises in the kitchen while we're in the bedroom. It was happening around 3 a.m. when it would first happen but now it's happening really anytime at night whether we're in bedroom or not. Plus, two days ago my boyfriend had the bedroom door open and he heard like a very low humming noise throughout the house and then the doorway started getting blurry and then very slowly like a crossfade the doorway became blacked out, there is a street light that shines faintly on that wall, so you can always see out there. This has never occurred prior. I'm hoping it won't occur again, but I'd like to know what this might be. We've also left before with something on top of our stove and upon coming home it was on the floor. It was glass but it wasn't broken, no one has a key but the two of us. Any ideas?

Well I feel when they're around and when they're not as well as my mom. I suggest you say exactly this, "I know you are here. You are welcomed(or not welcomed) you may stay as long as you respect my space and privacy(or you must leave please and do not come back) thank you." they might understand and they might not but it really sounds like you've got something going on.

If you have a camera or something... you may be able to catch these things happening while recording... for example the closet and bedroom doors opening. Apartments are notorious for voices, sounds and drafts... so that may be a possibility. However, you may a spirit there.

If you do have a spirit, at this point I'd say it was there when you moved in. Perhaps you could talk to other residences around you and see if anybody else experiences the same type of thing.

If you feel uncomfortable about it and are sure this is an entity, I recommend that you talk to a local church, preferably one that has experience in this type of situation. It should be removed by a spiritually mature Christian.
