Child support increase Deadbeat Military Father
My ex is being deployed at the end of this month. I understand he will be getting a pay increase and tax free while on deployment. When is a good time to ask for an increase in child support? I live in California.

You can only ask AFTER he gets the raise and any filing will be postponed while deployed.
