    Vent pipe
When we flush toilet the drain in the shower gurgles and it also gurgles when we use bathroom sink and run washer. We have had the septic inspected and no problems there. What could this be?

You have a blocked vent. The solution would be to snake the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough snake to reach the base and 15 more feet. Good luck, Tom

Do the vent first and then we'll address the shower. It does gurgle and not bubble doesn't it? Let me know. Tom
