Thanks for your response! It is amazing to me how someone can say you said things you never said, and it becomes part of your permanent record. I admitted what I did say, which was not much, but the other stuff was pretty bad, and I did not say those things. I want to know where this is coming from. I don't want my file crammed with inaccurate information. That is my reputation on the line.
That's true... but its also an unfortunate reality.
The good thing is... its never going to be the public record you fear it will. Its one thing to keep it in their own files... but another altogether different thing to make stuff like that public.
If it were to be made public... it then becomes an actual crime if it can't be proven... one called Libel.
