I was called in last week for some things I said about coworkers. These were said between January 2011 to October 2011. Some things were true, some were not true.
I asked for a copy of the complaint (which was told to me was a "formal" complaint) and who said each of the things in question.
I did not receive either. I don't want this in my file and want to clear up as much of it as possible by writing a response.
Aren't there laws that give me the right to the names of the accusers? Also, isn't there a time limit as to when things can be brought up?
