    Collecting portugual passport
    I have collect my BI . Now I don't understand were to apply to collect my passport of portugual.many friend advice me to collect in Lisbon , but in other way it's very costly to me to go and collect in Lisbon (travel ticket up and down,passport surrender fine $ 250). Goa it's take long time to done passport,will you please guide me what will be better.

    If that's what they require... then that's what you have to do...

    They have to be sure you are who you claim... thanks to mail fraud this is now required.
