I have collect my BI . Now I don't understand were to apply to collect my passport of portugual.many friend advice me to collect in Lisbon , but in other way it's very costly to me to go and collect in Lisbon (travel ticket up and down,passport surrender fine $ 250). Goa it's take long time to done passport,will you please guide me what will be better.
