How do you report a marriage where a gay military man, marries a girl and friend in college for extra money. She lives in Arizona and he is stationed in San Diego.

Unless you have proof this is a sham marriage, there's nothing you can do. DADT has been repealed, and there are quite a few military couples that stay in different places for a time, either because he's deploying or doing a short assignment, or because one of them is doing school and doesn't want to transfer and loose credits. If you really feel you need to do something, call his chain of command and tell them. They can decide weather or not to pursue it.

Mind your own business.how is this affecting your life?if it does not cause you to suffer, or cause you any pain, you should mind your own business.obviously they are not making enough money, I know from experience that here in canada,people get more on welfare than do navy guys. There was a navy guy who had to aplly to welfare because he did not make enough money to support his family,he was getting less in wages than welfare.

First if they got a legal marriage license and it was done legally, it is a legal marriage. Many gay men get married for "looks" esp when in the military where it was not proper to be gay in military.

I agree, why is this a big issue to you, whatdid they do to you ? And how are you going to prove this if you wanted to

I take exception to your post and know that people on welfare in Canada can hardly get by nowadays; most have to use the food banks (that are not doing well either). The guy in the navy was probably living way beyond his means. I can't see the Canadian govt. honouring his welfare reequest if he was in the services and already making decent money. Maybe they should have stopped having kids.
