No one can teach you how to astral project, jresma, it is a very dangerous experience to perform and many safeguard have to be in place before the actual projection takes place.

This is not fun and games.

YEs! I know it would take some time to learn it. That's why I'm very willing to learn it. I don't care how long it would take. I do have my own concern and it is not for fun tickle. Please help me

I am not saying anything about the length of time it would take you to learn, jresma, I am advising you, it is not possible for you to learn.

I hope someon will help me. Because I really to go to the astral world and clarify some things that has been bothering me for years. There this one time when I was as sleep I saw my body asleep and there's a man with in white dress saying how am I?

we talk2x and talk until he ouush me back to my body and told me. The next time I see you or go on astral world. He will bring me to the real world

Why it is not possible? You can do it if someone will teach. Like you right? you would not know to do it no one teach you right?

I can learn it but maybe not as good as you.

I was hoping you would put in your two cents, HH. Aleister Crowley claimed to be able to perform astral projection, but even he, under his claims, was scared out of his wits that he would not be able to get back into his body and float around forever on the astral plain. A being not entirely a ghost but something else in between always searching for a way back to its earthly body. It gives me the horrors just thinking about that fate.

I'm not amateur on this spiritual actions. There is something that I can do that others cannot.

Only 2 that I know that they can do the same thing that I can do.

You don't have to astral project to clarify things that have been bothering you for years. Actually it's a way of escaping and that doesn't help to understand what's going on for you in this lifetime in the body you currently inhabit.

Every experience you have is meant to reveal information about you. Everything's a learning experience so you can understand you (works the same for all of us).

So the first thing is to identify how you FEEL about whatever is bothering you in the moment it's actually bothering you. Sounds like you are dwelling in every moment about these issues and missing what's happening in the present.

Being in the present can reveal the answers you seek. It takes a little practice to actually stay in the moment. One way to remind yourself to stay present is to focus on a body parts and how it feels. Ask yourself, what is my left big toe doing now? That brings you to the Now where all answers reside.

Then wait for the answers to come. The answers may come to you in many different ways. Hearing it in your head, a song on the radio, an ad on TV, words on a page that you just "happen" to notice, really in an infinite number of ways. Notice and see what resonates with you. Practice it and I would advise to stay in your body and let your inner guidance help you discover the true you.

What exactly are you hoping to gain from "learning" to project yourself? Just an interesting experience or are you looking for something more out of it?

I don't think anyone is intimating you are doing this for a lark, but you never say exactly why you would want to take chance of losing yourself, your SOUL.

I would rather you not post anymore about this topic unless you can tell us just exactly what you hope to accomplish from this very severe, very complicated method of closing up your body, and if you don't close every orifice, then something else may enter and you will not be back to claim your earthly body. Is that explicit enough, is that what you want to achieve what you can't tell us?
