    First time in tennesse n got caught wit les then 2.5 grams of weed
    My dad was arressted on 3/3/11 for possession controlled substance,possession of parifanalya,and littering bt never been to tennesee what is going to happen

    Well, it depends on what happens at his trial.. He COULD lay down for these low life SOB's, or he could fight. Since I don't know the details of the arrest, I couldn't tell you if he has GROUNDS to fight, but I'll bet he does...

    My question is how did he get arrested in Tennessee if he has never been to Tennessee?

    You're making a joke, but I'll bet that's exactly what happened. It's just another way to extort money from their VICTIM. What? The cops in Tennessee don't have anything more important to do?? This is 2.5 GRAMS, for crying out loud. I smoke 2.5 GRAMS in ONE hit. Ok, maybe two.
