This is my third arrest for petty theft. What should I do?
I just got arrested for the third time for petty theft. I am terrified about going to jail, mostly because I have a son who needs medical attention. What should I do? Is it inevitable that I will go to jail?

You need a lawyer. Without one, you COULD go to jail... Hell, even WITH one you could go to jail..

Uhhhh... By the way, the cops don't CARE about your life or your kids..
