    Third Party Divorce Depositon Fees Who Pays & Who Represents Me?
    If I was subpoenaed for depositon for a relatives divorce who pays the fees and who represents me?

    There are no fees and if you want representation then its up to you to provide it.

    Typically the attorney who subpoenaed you will pay a witness fee, although that may not be required in every state. Where are you located?

    Nobody "represents" you because you're not on trial; you're just testifying as to what you know to be facts about both individuals in the divorce.
