There are no fees and if you want representation then its up to you to provide it.

Typically the attorney who subpoenaed you will pay a witness fee, although that may not be required in every state. Where are you located?

Nobody "represents" you because you're not on trial; you're just testifying as to what you know to be facts about both individuals in the divorce.
