    Trying to find out where a notary that notorized a fake will works
    Trying to find out where a notary is working at this time. I'm filing a complaint with the notary public and need her employment address.

    The notary should be registered in the county where they live/work normally.

    Why are you not filing criminal charges if they faked ( allowed someone different to sign) and then said it was the real person

    If you are filing a lawsuit against them you don't need their employment address - you need their home address. This should be on file with the Secretary of State Notary Public Division at the capitol in your state. Contact them.

    A notary doesn't attest to the accuracy of the papers - he/she wouldn't know or care whether the Will is "fake."

    A notary verifies the identity of the person, has the person sign in his/her presence. Need more details to determine whether the notary acted appropriately.

    What are the circumstances?
