    Court less than a month away
    My cousin had a record since he was young, now his case is a little bigger and I guess worst because he's in the feds, he was caught with a brick of heroin and they first told him he'll home in a year but now they told him he might be doing 5, what do you think they'll give him a year or 5? keep in mind he has a record:confused:

    That's up to the judge.

    If it was me, I'd give him 5 years. If he has a record and keeps getting into trouble, he obviously hasn't learned to keep his nose clean.

    Well honestly this time I know he wants to do better that's the thing that people just like to pint and judge but why can't you guys take the time and trust for once that people can change?

    Given that he does have some criminal history and being a federal charge, I doubt that he'd get less than 5 years for possessing a brick of heroin. I wouldn't be surprised if they also charged him with distribution considering the amount.
