    He doesn't want to be a father anymore.
    How would I go about getting the paperwork for my son's father to sign over his parental rights to my son?

    I'd like to know something similar, like is there a cheap way to go about it especially since both parents agree to it but can't afford an attorney. And I'm new on this forum. I can't figure out how to post a question!
