    I feel like I've been tortured. We went on a 13 mile in the mountains hike yesterday. My buns are so sore. :o

    Hello J-Lo! :) Shazzy, I enjoy my 2-3 hours badminton even if I feel tortured at the end. That makes me endure the pain for longer periods and enjoy the matches more :) ;)
