    For DATING, there is no legal limit. If you're a minor you are subject to your parent's rules. Sex on the other hand is a whole different story. How old are you and why are you asking? And where do you live?

    I'm 17 almost 18 and my boyfriend is younger than me so I wanted to know how much younger he could be with out me getting in to trouble over it

    And still no one will be able to help you if you aren't going to give us all the details. How much younger is he? And where do you live? Laws vary from state to state. No one can help you if you don't answer all of the questions.
