What is the highest age difference between minors that's still allows them to date?

For DATING, there is no legal limit. If you're a minor you are subject to your parent's rules. Sex on the other hand is a whole different story. How old are you and why are you asking? And where do you live?

I'm 17 almost 18 and my boyfriend is younger than me so I wanted to know how much younger he could be with out me getting in to trouble over it
