    Insured and Bonded?
What is the first step to starting my own cleaning business? Do you have to be insured and bonded? If so, how do you do so?

    Thank You,

You should carry liability insurance and you can get this from almost any insurance agent. Bonding is only necessary when the particular job requires you to have it for that job.

You need to incorporate first to protect yourself, you can see an attorney.

Are you interested in doing residential or commercial cleaning? What experience do you have already?
