Lol. I'm not going to use it on my nipples. A lot of them can be used on lips though so I might buy one for my lips. The ones I have seen don't contain bad indredients. They are herbal or contain plant extracts. :)

I saw a lot of them on eBay. You can also goggle "nipple lightening cream" you'll get a list of websites. I remember one called "purette", and another one called "spot removing". There was an herbal one on eBay but I can't remember the name. Someone else mentioned mayfair nipple cream, which worked on lips too.

Lol. It does sound scary to use stuff in your nipples but I think I'm only going to use it on my lips. The ingredients aren't bad. I don't think they will fall off!! :)

U just had a baby!! No one notices them but u.
Trust between mono & HQ your nipples will get lighter or spotty.
I just noticed the mono has worked to my back now... it's still in my system 4 months.
Things get in & will stay in are system.
Are you still peeling? Lucky u. I'm still a cheetah girl!!

Mpk side question I want to try to loose this baby weight I gained I'm like 180 heaveist I have ever been, pre pregnancy weight was 135 I'm 5'8 I tried hydroxy cut and alaii to suppress appetite didn't work anyone know something that will take the pounds off quickly

I hate it. DD's bras. Ive never been this heavy!
MY is heavy. I'm working out like crazy.. its slowly coming off. Too slow. Im gettting desperate. I lost 7 lbs in 4 days once...
Naw I going to say on here it wasn't drugs. I read an old actress did it in the 50's it work. However I only did it one time. I can't do it again. OH after 4 days I ate day 5 put 2 lbs immeidiately.

Hey Everyone, you know I haven't forgotten about you guys and I have love for all of you, but I'm approaching finals--so I will check in with you once per week until the 23rd--my last final, lol.

About my experience so far w/ the cream: As I stated I saw lightening on my face the 1st day--but it wasn't from that particular application of the cream. I applied the cream the 2 nights in a row (Friday and Saturday)--but when I applied it--it just looked like crystals sitting on top of my skin--so I didn't think that it would have any effect. However, the only explanation for the immediate lightening effect is that some of the HQ had dissolved. Thus, when I scrubbed my face w/ the appriocot srub--some of the dead skin came off--which would explain the expedient lightening occurring on my face. Also, because I used HQ mixed w/ glycolic acid and retinol compounded from a skin specialist for like 3 years, the skin on my face is thinner and easier to srub off.

HQ does not bleach your skin--it only decreases the amt of melocytes that your skin produce--thereby causing a lightening effect. But guys, until the 1st layer of the epedermis is removed--you won't see the HQ working as quickly or receive the full benefits.
IT IS VITAL THAT YOU USE GLYCOLIC ACID OR RETINOL TO SEE THE FULL BENEFITS QUICKLY.

You got that righ pris people feel that they can apply hq today and be white tomorrow it takes time on different people. Also to lighten and get optimal results you need to have a regimn I think

I was able to shed more than 50 pounds( not sure how many exactly) in less than 5 month using an appetite suppressor my doctor prescribed. I am not sure if you are breast feeding because if you are,this will not work for you. Some people such as my sister experienced side effects such as increasing heart rate and dizziness. But the key to avoiding these side effects is to force yourself to eat something even though you would not want to eat at all!

I was between 180-188 pounds but now I am in 130's I am still trying to lose 20 pounds. I don't have saggy skin as it happens due to excessive weight loss because I have an elliptical machine that I use 3-5 times a week. That helped in speeding up the process and keeping my body toned.

Good luck in your weight loss... believe me it feel good to be lighter and be able to put on nice little cloth :)

spotted thank you OMG please pm me the name of the pill I swear I will go to the end of the earth to get it, I just want to be 140 pounds again, I stopped breast feeding so I can continue with my whitening, I know its vain but I was extremely hormonal and depressed about my colour, it got so bad I almost went in to a psycosis and the lightening is what really brought me back from the brink of madness.
