Movie about recovered boy discovered to be an imposter
What is the name of the movie where boy is befriended by a young man. Boy turns up missing, but is recovered alive back home years later. Family identifies boy by a birthmark. Boy has a sister who it seems as though they have an incestuous relationship. The young man that befriended recovered boy inm early years is extremely nervous about boys return. Later towards end of movie recovered boy walks in on young man sodomizing a young boy. Young man later confesses that recovered boy is an impostor, because he (the young man) suffocated the missing boy in an attempt to keep him quiet while sodomizing him years ago. The young man hid the body of the boy.
