    Being bonded
    I have two items on my Police record from way before my kids were born. One was a bar fight when I first got out of the Marines and the second was an embezzlement charge. Both were misdemeanors and since then, the state of Michigan has issued me a Concealed Pistol License. I want to get a job as a security guard until I finish school to become a police offer. Would getting a dishonesty bond on myself help me to make possible employers feel more comfortable hiring me? And how would I go about getting one on myself? Any help would be great!     Apply at an insurance agency which carries multiple lines and can place you at the best rate or, if you are denied, has another company to ask.
