    Umm are you answering your own question?

    As to the HOA wanting access, unless this was already in the by-laws, then they cannot do this without changing the by-laws. And if they try to change them get the other homeowners involved to defeat this.

    Its OK Scott maybe I am losing it. But U don't have to rub it in (Ha Ha). And since I last posted we were approached with an offer to trade the property for a house of slightly lesser value. This man really wants to live in this community (who knows why) but since our place is paid off and so is his we will be money ahead. Not only will it get us out out of here but we make a slight profit when he pays us the difference. Looks my luck might finally be changing.
