    Interrogatories to be asked!
I am in process of filing to garnish wages and was told to prepare interrogatories for garnishment of bank account. What are these and what questions do I ask. Who are they directed to?

    Thank you in advance,

Interrogatories are (to be it simply) questions that the debtor must ask concerning income, assets, etc. which the creditor than uses in order to file liens, move against wages, collect on a Judgment.

Some are more formal than others. Some must be done in person. Some are simply forms off the Internet.

Which State? Do you know why the Court won't allow you to simply file the garnishment notice (assuming you have the employment info)?
