    Getting my Paycheck.
Well... I have quit a job recently and its been two months since I last contacted or seen them and I know I'm at fault for not leaving a two weeks notice being unprofessional and all. But Im am not getting a paycheck for the work that I have done. I mean the job is commissioned based and I know that I should've got paid for it. They call me (well my brother answered the phone when I wasn't home) and tell me to pick up the paycheck. Well after I called them, they tell me I'm unprofessional (which of course I know I'm at fault) but now they tell me that I don't have a check and they'll look into but they said there is no check for me. Now what do I Do??

If the company is saying they don't have a check for you, you would have to sue them for the money and you would have to prove the sales you made to earn the commissions.
