    Probate Problems with the designee
My sister was appointed designee over the autos. In my parents estate. She is allowing her son to drive my fathers truck without the permission of the other siblings. She has put off everyone who has tried to buy the truck and it has been almost 3 years since my father died and almost 3 since my mother died. She is controlling and I don't know what rights the rest of us have.

Forse the estate into probate to finalise it, challenge her actions, ask that her son pay for the usage to the estate for proper auto rental values.

Time for an attorney to force and finalise the probate issues

Welcome to AMHD. You mentioned your "parents estate". There is an estate of your father and an estate of your mother. They either passed with or without a will, in which case their estates have to be administered. If you have a question, contact the probate court. If you want something done, retain an attorney.
