    Probate disaster
    Husband died 9/05, step daughter executrix. Refuses to sue uncle for sale of stock in family co. that husband owned, court finally appointed administrator at litem, estate atty playing games, have hired private atty but am not happy with her work. Bank foreclosing on house given to me by husband (loan in my name) and brother in law stopped monthly paychecks from co. one month after husband died. Need somewhere to turn to for info, such as can I contact judge? Case file full of antics pulled by step daughter (stole jewelry from my lawyers office), and so on. Can anyone give me a starting place for help?? I live in South Carolina and case is filed in Florida.:(

    New lawyer to a long talk, estate issue can take years to clear, you can ask the court to give enough money to pay for house paymets normally from money in the estate.
