    I am durable power of ATTY for Sister Kim. There is no will and I am not sure if I have the power to sell home or not in the event of her death which is imminent... just weeks away.. HELP!

    I am sorry to hear this.

    What happens with her estate when there is no will is dictated by your State Laws. Will try to help: What state are you in?
