    Bank Levy
    Since the agency is a non-profit organization in the County of Los Angeles, what money in the bank account is "EXEMPT" from a levy?

    Why would any money of a non-profit organization in the County of Los Angeles be exempt from levy?

    No, if the non profit does not pay their bill and gets a judgement against them, their money can be garnished just like anyone else's
