    Bank levy
    I owe on this credit card, and am afraid they are going to levy bank account, can they also levy my paypal account, I live in California

    First they have to get a judgement against you. Once they do, they can attach any cash assets you have.

    Paypal isn't all my money its other peoples shipping money that pay to ship items they paid for,
