    Workout plan
    Hi. I'm 5'9" and weight about 155 and I was wondering what are some different workout plans so I can bulk up and get a more distinguished body. I mostly want bigger pecks. And I was wondering how much protein I should take. Thanks

    I am basically you height, yet I am about136- 140 right now, and it feels slighlty over the weight I should be. I feel more comfortable at 130, less body fat, not the number just the facts! It's just had to keep. It really depends in 30-60 minutes of exercise a week, aerobics, resistance, weight training, jogging, walking, but really moving your body 4X a week, 30-60 minutes and then you will see results, along with proper nutrition and correct portion control.
