Hi I have a peroid on the 5 of every month.. on the 24 of last month I was having really bad pains in my lower tum possibaly ovulation.. now I'm 3 days late to day could I be pregnant I've been trying for almost a year and I'm starting too relax and try and forget about and leave it until it happens... I do have tenter breats but that could be due to my peroid I don't feel as if it is comeing as a few days before my peroid I get cramps.. what do you think could I be pregnant?

Well, no one on this site can answer that question. We don't know if you are pregnant or not. However, a home pregnancy test can.

Only a pregnancy test can confirm your pregnancy.
You said that your period began on the 5th of the month and you experienced "ovulation pains" around the 24th. That would make you approximately 15 days past ovulation. Most sensitive pregnancy tests will detect a pregnancy at this time but some pregnancies take longer to be detected. The hcg hormone doubles every 48 -72 hours. Take a test, if it's negative and your period still doesn't come... try again in three days time.
Do you know how to chart and pinpoint your ovulation? If you have been trying to conceive for a year, charting can be really useful. Stress only effects your pre-ovulation phase of a cycle. It might delay ovulation but it NEVER effects your post-ovualtion/luteal phase of a cycle. You need to know when you ovulate or it might be more difficult for you to get pregnant. There is a small window within each month that you can get pregnant.
If this month doesn't work out, I suggest that you check out some fertility websites that can help you learn how to chart. Offhand, the only one I know of is Ovulation Calendar and Ovulation Chart - FertilityFriend.com Or better yet, ask your doctor for help in planning your pregnancy. And plan some real fun nights with your husband!

You could be pregnant, I would go and get a test. I tried for about a year or two and when I just forgot about it.. that's when it happened. If you get your period on the same date all the time, I would go and get a test today. GOOD LUUUUCk!
