So I'm 19 almost 20, I was supposed to get my period either on the 27th or 29th, cuase they are generally 28 days apart for me and pretty regular and last time I got it was the first, well so far no sign of it, cept I do have slight minor cramps every so often, last week or so like around the 22 I did have a brown discharge for a few days, I'm just trying to figure out why my period hasn't come yet, and when its going to come, cause my boyfriend comes home from deployment for 4 days on the fifth of September then goes back for a 10 month deployment, so I obviously don't want to have it next week, I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant, and this isn't normal for me, not that I can remember, so I don't know if its hormones or what, but somebody help! I'm so confused as to what's going on :confused:

For the moment, I wouldn't panic... I would wait a little bit, and do the usual - Put hot water bottle on belly to get rid of pain. I think maybe you should see your doctor if you get any pain that's different from your cramps, It could be other problems in the abdomen area... I think its best, for you to take a pregnancy test, just to rule it out. Just to make sure.
I would be confused as well, Im not much of an expert on missed periods, But I am a girl and I'm interested in Medical related subjects, so Im happy to help if you have more quiries.

If your feeling a little down from the pain, I would suggest Dark Chocolate, because it releases Endorphines in the brain making you feel at ease!
